English Translation of Sanskrit quote:
Full of pious nectar in mind, words and body
Pleasing the Three Worlds by successive obligations
Always making a mountain of smallest of others virtue
By developing it in one's own heart, how many good people of such kind are there?

Beautiful saying!
ReplyDeleteSri Rama was like this. However small a sadguna was in anybody and however bog the demerits, Sri Rama always used to highlight the smallest of the small good qualities that He used to find in others and make them feel happy. This kind of encouragement goes a long way to even a wicked person who will slowly imbibe more and more sadgunas and transform himself into a sajjana :)

ReplyDeleteVery inspiring slokes !!
I salute your effort and extend my high respect to your attitude for resurfacing Sanskrit.
