"Follow your heart"
This is an expression specific to the English language; it cannot be translated in Japanese literally. Closest equivalent would be
好きにしろ [sukì ni shirò]
which would be an informal way to say "do as you please". Also
心の声に従 え [kokòro no kòe ni shitagaè]
(listen/obey your heart's voice) would have a similar meaning, but would hardly be used by a Japanese native speaker.
